Presentations for the Week of celebration
Three very experienced EAL/D teachers share their insights on how best to help children learn to read.

Presenters:
Robyn Johnson is an EAL/D teacher at a regional primary school and an EAL/D Connect Coordinator for the Albury region. She has previously been an EAL/D teacher in the South-West Sydney Region, worked on projects such as the Successful Language Learners Project and published articles based on her interests – language teaching and learning, visual literacy and supporting students with refugee experiences
Caitlin Espinoza is an EAL/D teacher and currently working as an EAL/D Education Leader in regional NSW. Her interests include building whole-school capacity for meeting the needs of EAL/D learners.
Bess Wassman is an ATESOL NSW councillor and primary school teacher. She has worked in both Sydney and regional schools and supported EAL/D students in the mainstream classroom.
