The flagship event of CAA, the High School Careers Advisers Annual Conference, is being held on Friday 27 October 2023 at Dockside, Sydney. 

Pre-conference activities are being held on Wednesday evening 25 October and all day Thursday 26 October.

Introducing our two Keynote Speakers, Adam Voigt and Marcus Pearce. Adam Voigt is a real leader who walks the talk. The resident Education Expert for Channel 10’s “The Project”, his presentations are filled with stories, messages, tools and hope developed from years of successful School Leadership as a Principal in some of Australia’s most challenging locations. Marcus Pearce’s presentations are based on his experiences working with, interviewing and researching humanity’s most incredible human beings. His most popular podcast, 100 Not Out, comprises hundreds of interviews with some of the world’s most incredible people.

Conference Dinner Thursday night, 26 October 2023, following the pre-conference activities on Thursday 26 October 2023. Venue is a Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise boarding from King Street Wharf at 4.45pm, returning at 9.00pm.

Online Option: For those delegates unable to attend Friday’s Conference in person, we will be live streaming (not recording) the presentations which take place in the main workshop room from 9am to 5pm. This includes the keynote speaker, workshops, awards presentation and closing keynote. Those workshops which will be taking place concurrently in other workshop rooms will not be available to online attendees.
