In collaboration with the University of NSW, the ETA NSW is delighted to be able to bring to members a series of lectures from the UNSW English faculty who share their expertise and latest research on topics and approaches to English, particularly relevant to Years 10 – 12.

The purpose of this series is to:

  • expand students’ and teachers’ literary horizons;
  • emphasise the distinctiveness of the literary; and
  • inform teachers of the current state of the discipline.

The Series 2 lectures present a balance of theory and text selections which support Years 10-12 and may be integrated into many of the English Modules in Year 11 or in some cases in Year 12.

You will need to complete a 75-word comment on each session in which you share how you could use any of the ideas explored in the session with your class.

Recording of each webinar will be available for a month after the presentation
