NB: This application form is only to be completed by an association wanting to repeat an identical course previously endorsed with NESA (i.e.) a course only requiring an up-date of date / time / location.The purpose and content of the course must remain the same as the original (previously endorsed) course.Terms and Conditions:(a) Applications are to be submitted by the due date as advertised in the Associations Calendar of Events provided by PTC NSW each semester(b) Provide a full list of participants no later than ten (10) working days after the event.Applicants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions and understand that failure to comply with these conditions will result in the association incurring an administration fee. Associations not compliant will also be deemed ineligible to submit further applications for endorsement of courses until all necessary information has been provided to PTC NSW.
