The 2022 Winter Leadership Program is for current and aspiring leaders.

Are you a teacher that also leads?

This program has been specifically designed for leaders of mathematics/numeracy, curriculum leaders, Head teachers and those aspiring to leadership roles. It is suitable for both Primary and Secondary school leaders.

This leadership program takes you on a journey of discovery, sets you up for success and delves into successful ways of:

• leading a team
• managing a budget
• coaching colleagues
• coordinating professional learning

This program will be beneficial if you:

• need to have difficult conversations
• lead others
• balance the vision and direction of more senior leaders
• are responsible for educational programs
• want to further develop your leadership skills

Throughout the program you will discover the importance of personal qualities encompassing your Vision, Values, Leading, Improvement and Community.

During this program you will engage with other educational leaders, participate in a journey of self-discovery, identify your leadership strengths and areas for further development, learn skills and strategies to grow as a successful leader, discover how to create change and compel others to support your vision.
