A TeachMeet is an informal meeting of teachers to share good teaching practice, innovations and teaching ideas around a common theme or topic.
Over the past few years, there has been a growing need for teachers to incorporate ICT into their teaching practices. This is in all facets of education from administration practices to teaching resources.
The theme for this upcoming TeachMeet is: You can’t spell Mathematics without ICT.
We invite you to join in on the fun and present any ideas based around ICT in your school/classroom etc. The use of technology is nothing to be scared about. What have you got to lose?
Join us for some mathematical banter and leave with a fistful of tried and tested teaching ideas provided by our colleagues near and far.
Attendees will also receive a program (order of presentations) prior to the event.
