“What do I teach?” and “How do I teach it?” – this workshop will give teachers and opportunity to explore how students can learn to work with fractional parts.
Participants will investigate effective and efficient research-based strategies for teaching fractions, decimals and percentages.
This workshop will provide teachers with an understanding of the sequence for teaching fractions, decimals and percentages to students.
Provided in the workshop will be practical hands-on activities with a ‘classroom ready’ focus for Stages 1-4 (Years 1-8).
