In collaboration with the University of NSW, the ETA NSW is delighted to be able to bring to members a series of lectures from the UNSW English faculty who share their expertise and latest research on topics and approaches to English, particularly relevant to Years 10 – 12. The purpose of this series is to:

  • expand students’ and teachers’ literary horizons;
  • emphasise the distinctiveness of the literary; and
  • inform teachers of the current state of the discipline.

The Series 1 lecture and discussion is focused on literature for EAL/D students.

You will need to complete a 75-word comment on the lecture in which you share how you could use any of the ideas explored in the lecture with your class.

A recording of the webinar will be available for a month after the presentation.
