Application for NEW Courses only for Validation at Lead Level.
Terms and Conditions:
(a) Applications are to be submitted by online
(b) Provide a revised and updated application to PTC NSW within five (5) working days of receipt of feedback from the PTC Professional Learning Committee
(c) Provide a full list of participants no later than ten (10) working days after the event.
Applicants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
Non-compliant member associations will be deemed ineligible to submit further applications for endorsement of courses until all necessary information has been provided to PTC NSW
#Indicate hours and minutes in the following way, e.g. one and a half hours to be represented as 1hr 30m.
#Increments in 15 minutes only
Please note: If you apply for an event which runs for multiple days, participants will be required to attend all days to receive the indicative hours. If any participant fails to attend any one day, they will not receive ANY validated hours. If you require participants to be validated for each individual day, please apply for each day SEPARATELY. eg. “DEF NSW Conference Day 1, DEF NSW Conference Day 2”.
Who is presenting or facilitating the courses or programme; (A brief sentence only)
The purpose of the course or programme;
An outline of the content and activities of the sessions within the course designed to meet the Standards identified;
For any activity operating across several days it would be useful to indicate the number of days involved, the dates and times of the various components of the professional development activity;
Cost and/or range of a pricing options based on membership, group registration etc, this information will need to be identified in the description of the activity;
Details to access further information about the professional development activity (e.g.) website address, telephone number, facsimile number, email for further information.
They lead processes to improve student performance by evaluating and revising programs, analysing student assessment data and taking account of feedback from parents/carers. This is combined with a synthesis of current research on effective teaching and learning.
They represent the school and the teaching profession in the community. They are professional, ethical and respected individuals inside and outside the school.
In this section, applicants are required to:
(a) identify the Australian Standards to be addressed by this professional development activity at Lead Level
(b) provide an explanation of how the Standards will specifically be addressed within the session(s)
