Important Notice re: COVID 19

Dear member associations, 

As an organisation PTCNSW is constantly monitoring the evolving situation in relation to the impact of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). 

We understand and appreciate the effect this situation is having on many of our member associations due to responses to specific school settings and impacts on direct association work especially in relation to meetings and professional learning or student events.

Here are some suggestions for you to consider to keep your association connected. 

  • Online connectivity is a powerful tool. Consider linking delegates via Zoom or toer meeting and webinar platforms that stream in real time. 
  • If you must, Postpone but do not Cancel. Speak to us about your options. 

As an organisation, drawing directly on current advice and information provided by both Federal and State government authorities, PTCNSW will continue to deliver all scheduled meetings and events at our Auburn venue.

We will of course commit to implementing all recommended precautions from the World Health Organisation, Federal and State Health authorities and will encourage all attendees to follow these guidelines.  

Our facility cleaners have implemented heightened cleaning of all surfaces with specific anti-viral products. All areas of the venue have sufficient hand sanitiser and soaps as well precautionary signage.

Should members require, in the short term, Zoom facility for online  meetings please contact PTCNSW for information and assistance.
