APTA News in Brief – March 2019

 

Welcome to the first APTA News in Brief for 2019!

Professional Teacher Associations across the country have been busy reviewing their strategic plans, deciding on professional learning activities for the year ahead and thinking of new ways to strengthen collaborative networks to produce greater effectiveness.

APTA has also been busy. Key tasks in the last four months have included inducting a new APTA Board, developing a new strategic plan, reviewing the Constitution, participating in the High Quality Professional Learning National Dialogue in Melbourne and appearing as a witness at the House of Representatives Inquiry into the Status of the Teaching Profession.
