The Institute for Educational Leadership in Australia (IELA) will recognise the outstanding contribution made by a salaried employee to a PTC NSW member association or PTC NSW over a significant period of time.
This award will be presented by the Professional Teachers Council of New South Wales (PTC NSW).

Recipients will be presented with their award at the PTC NSW Awards Evening on 25 February 2026.
