VADEA Regional Inspire Early Career Teachers is a professional development day for visual arts teachers to be held on Monday 28 October. It offers an opportunity to exchange ideas and teaching and learning strategies with professional colleagues. Dubbo College Senior Campus in Dubbo will host the day, for early career visual arts teachers to share resources, innovative ideas, advice on resourcing visual arts, photographic and digital media and visual design programs and learning strategies. The program will include an initial series of short (20-30 minute) presentations from visual arts educators working in a range of school contexts.
Each participant is requested to bring a Visual Arts, Visual Design or Photographic and Digital Media unit of work, a program overview or a resource to share in a Think Tank program writing afternoon session. Resources are to reflect the content of current teaching and learning programs.
