This course helps teachers of Stage 6 understand how to apply the NESA marking criteria to assessment tasks, including discussions on how to create valid, meaningful assessment tasks in accordance with the new Year 11 and Year 12 requirements.
The event also includes a workshop component, which is designed for Highly Accomplished teachers or Heads of Department who want to lead moderation activities and guide accurate double marking in their department.
There will be workshops for each Stage 6 level: HSC Beginners, Continuers, Extension and Preliminary Continuers.
