A special ONLINE learning event for secondary teachers, learning team personnel and those interested in meeting the individual needs of students.

There will be three focus areas:

Collaborative Planning, Learning Adjustments and Assessment.

These three areas are the essential ingredients in building the most Effective Learning Plans. The York Assessment of Reading Comprehension (YARC) and other Assessment measures will be examined.

The Professional Association for Learning Support Inc through the Professional Teachers’ Council NSW – is endorsed to provide the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered Professional Development for teachers accredited at Proficient, Highly Accomplished, and Lead levels.

Completing the Meeting the Individual Needs of Students event, on 27 November 2020 will contribute 5 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing 5.1.2; 5.3.2; 6.3.2; 7.2.2, from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
