A number of teacher practitioners will demonstrate a range of highly effective strategies to improve students writing in response to the demands of the Higher School Certificate examination and feedback from the HSC Marking Centre.
Presentations will focus on strategies for supporting students with low literacy, EALD students, incorporating source material to strengthen written responses and responding to stimulus based questions. The aim of these workshops will be to assist every student to improve their writing to move into the next marking band
