Workshop: Communicate, Influence and Handle Difficult Conversations: A Workshop for Careers Advisers engaging with School Communities
Join us in a fun, practical workshop where you will learn how to use communication skills to influence others, engage in difficult conversations and manage your stress and wellbeing to communicate effectively.
In this one day workshop you will learn about 5 different personality styles and how you can use this model to understand yourself and others’ communication styles.
This practical workshop focuses on the dynamic between you as a Career Advisor and your School Community, and you will get the opportunity to practice each idea in a safe setting, to set you up for success in the school environment.
