Important Message: VADEA Conference 2020 – Peripheral Visions
After much consideration and in accordance with recommendations from the Department of Education, NSW Health and the Australian Federal Government regarding the escalation of coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made the difficult decision to postpone the VADEA Conference 2020 – Peripheral Visions.
We have made this decision in consideration of the wellbeing of VADEA members, presenters, sponsors, visual arts educator conference delegates and school communities, based on complying with important advice and possible future developments.
We have received a large number of registrations and would like to thank all VADEA Member and Non member delegates who supported the conference.
We are currently looking at possible future dates.
In the meantime, please stay safe and we will be in contact as soon as we have more information.
The VADEA conference program will focus on presentations and workshops from artists and visual arts educators who investigate the dynamic between collective visions and voices provoking action, intersection and exchange in our contemporary world.
