The Northern Districts Education Centre (Sydney) was set up in 1974 to expand the professional competence of teachers by offering them opportunities to share experiences, establish areas of common concern and initiate programs of curriculum development.

The company wound up in 1995 and donated funds to the Trust for a perpetual Churchill Fellowship. For award to residents of NSW only.
